  • A booking is considered confirmed only after our team verifies the details.

  • Customers must provide accurate information such as address, phone number, and service requirement.


3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices vary based on problem type, spare parts, service duration, and location.

  • A final estimate will be shared before starting the work.

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other available methods.


4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

a. Service-Based Refund

Refunds are available only based on the category of service taken:

Water Purifier Service

  • No refund for diagnosis/inspection charges.

  • If installation/repair fails due to a technician error, a free re-service is provided.

  • Refund is applicable only if service was not initiated.

Chimney Service

  • Service charges are non-refundable once the technician begins the work.

  • Refunds apply if:

    • Technician did not arrive

    • Wrong service was provided

Pest Control Service

  • Refunds only if the service was not performed at all.

  • If pests reappear within the warranty period, a free re-treatment will be offered.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Safe access to appliances or service areas

  • Electricity and water availability for testing

  • No interference during repair

  • Proper ventilation during pest control services


6. Warranty Policy

  • Warranty applies only to the specific service performed.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or external issues such as water quality or power fluctuations.

  • Pre-existing issues not visible during inspection
